Thursday rehearsal survey

Survey link: Please respond to the survey as soon as you can before Wednesday evening.

The facility is available on Thursday evening at 7:00 and we would like to get a feel for how many people could make a rehearsal at that time. It should only take a few seconds to answer the survey, it has two questions. Yes or no if you can make it on Thursday and what is your instrument.

February 16 rehearsal cancelled due to weather

The roads appear to be clear around Fayetteville, however, the temperature will remain below freezing. With the melting during the day, it could freeze over by the time rehearsal is over, so we are cancelling rehearsal for this evening. Mike feels comfortable about our preparation, and the main thing we need to work on is timing between the slideshow for Godzilla. Please continue to prepare on your own to be ready. Also, make every effort to be on time or early next week. Even if we get started on time, we’ll need to plan to stay later than normal. Feel free to send any questions or comments to
