5:45pm - Sound check in Grand Ballroom
7:00pm - Green room in Belle Starr or attend the Hot Springs Concert
7:45pm - Stage setup in Grand Ballroom after Hot Springs Concert
8:00pm - Concert in Grand Ballroom
9:00pm - Cash bar / pasta bar reception in Holidome

Formal all black
Ladies: Black dresses or pants suits
Gents: Black long sleeve shirt, pants, long or bow tie

Our activities are in the Convention Center, we are ***not*** in the ARCBest Performing Arts Center
As members of a performing band, we are allowed to visit the vendor area any time during the week. You may want to wear your Winds shirt to help identify you a member of a performing band.
Reception after the concert with a cash bar and pasta bar. The pasta bar will be free for members of the band but will cost $25.00 for guests who are not members of the band
It is not likely you will be able to eat between 5:00 and the end of the concert, so plan accordingly to eat before and be on time for the soundcheck.
